The OLLU men's tennis team defeated the University of Massachusetts at Boston 9-0 on March 19 at the Alamo Heights Tennis Center.
In doubles play, Carlos Albuja and Aaron Rodriguez defeated Himanshu Dubey and Thong Leng 8-0. Kuda Sengai and Santiago Padilla shut out El Jan Daulo and Ryan Swann 8-0, and Ernesto Silva and Christón Salinas beat John Tran Nguyen and Brian Sou 8-0.
In singles action, Padilla defeated Leng 6-1/6-0; Albuja defeated Dubey, 6-0/6-0; Sengai defeated Swann 6-1/6-1; Rodriguez defeated Nguyen 6- 0/6-0; Salinas defeated Sou 6-0/6-0; and Everett Patterson defeated Daulo 6-0/6-0.
The Saints' next tournament will be at the University of the Incarnate Word on Tuesday.
