LUBBOCK, TEXAS (Feb. 17, 2019) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) women's indoor track and field crew participated in the Texas Texas University Matador Open on Friday.
Head Coach Stephen Sherman said, "It is rare in track and field, at least in my experience, to compete in a meet where every athlete in the group is dialed in and are all successful on some level. Most if not all of our athletes hit season bests, career bests and or school records. Coach Terry Smith and I left the meet with a certain level of contentment that was different. To be quite honest it was a little odd not being disconcerted about anything, but it was refreshing too. I am very proud of this group."
