HOBBS, N.M. (Oct. 12, 2019) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men's soccer team took down University of the Southwest (USW) 1-0 on Saturday. The Saints are now 9-4-1 on the season and 5-1 against Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) opponents. USW drops to 2-9 on the season and 2-3 in RRAC play.
The Saints have won four straight matches and have kept the opponent scoreless in the last two games. Samuel Villegas (FR/San Antonio, Texas) scored his third goal of the season at the 35th minute with an assist from Norberto Lira (SO/San Antonio, Texas).
