WACO, TEXAS (Sept. 20, 2011) -- David Duque of Our Lady of the Lake University was selected as the Red River Athletic Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week for Sept. 12-18.


 

Duque, a freshman from San Antonio, Texas, finished 31st in a field of 75 runners in his second collegiate race. He ran the 5K race in a time of 16:24 at the University of Texas-San Antonio Ricardo Romo Invitational.


The Burbank High School graduate is a business major at OLLU. His hobbies include running and playing basketball.
