The OLLU Saints women's soccer team ended its season this evening with a loss to the University of Texas at Brownsville during the Red River Athletic Conference Championship Tournament. The game, played at Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth, Texas, concluded at 0-1.

UT-Brownsville will represent the RRAC as the team advances to the NAIA tournament later this month
Sophomore goal keeper Christi Oswalt recorded 10 saves.The Scorpions outshot the SaInts in the first half 13 to 2 and 12 to 3 in the second half. Jacqueline Ibarra led the Saints in shots with three. Chrsitine Walker and Nikole Gase each had one shot. 

Scoring the only goal of the game was Sara DiBendetto on an assist by Chelsea Maidment during the 35th minute of the game.

The Saints women ended their season with an overall record of 10-7-2, a home record of 4-1-1, an away record of 5-5-1 and a 7-3-1 record in the Red River Athletic Conference.
