SAN ANTONIO (Nov. 16, 2011) -- Our Lady of the Lake University's Athletic Department is proud to feature the Saints Cheerleaders on the official athletics web site. The Saints Cheerleaders are eager to participate in official athletics events throughout the year.

Already, members have assisted with kicking off the soccer and volleyball season earlier in the fall semester. The women participated in the tailgale parties for soccer on Oct. 6, when the Saints faced Bacone College. The games were the first at home this season.

In addition, the squad took part in the tailgate party for volleyball, when the Lady Saints played Huston-Tillotson University in Mabee Gymnasium. Finally, the Cheerleaders assisted with the final games of the soccer season on Oct. 29.  The games were against the University of Texas at Brownsville and the University also honored seniors who were getting set to play their last games at home.
