SAN ANTONIO (July 29, 2010) -- The OLLU soccer teams are concluding their summer camp this week. Because of intermittent weather conditions, the camp, for most of this week, was held indoors in Mabee Gymnasium.

SAN ANTONIO (July 27, 2010) - Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) announced that Nick Garza will join the Saints men's soccer team in the fall of 2010.
 
Garza is a graduate of Southwest High School located in the Southwest Independent School District of San Antonio. Garza played competitive soccer at Southwest and received All-District Honorable Mention and MVP honors.

SAN ANTONIO (June 28, 2010) -- The OLLU soccer teams are hosting a summer camp for 4-18 year olds today through Thursday. In case of rainy conditions tomorrow and the rest of the week, all activities will be moved indoors in Mabee Gymnasium. If it is raining, campers should be dropped off at the front of the University Wellness and Activities Center (UWAC) between 7:30-8 a.m. If the soccer fields on main campus and at St. Martin Hall are soaked or if rain persists, all activities will remain in the gym. Camp will not be cancelled.

SAN ANTONIO (June 18, 2010) -- Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) and the Houston Dynamo Youth Development System closed out the first-ever Residential Elite Soccer Camp on June 17. James Clarkson, director of Youth Development for the Houston Dynamo, conducted the closing ceremony at the campus's Thiry Auditorium. The event capped off a highly successful four day camp that began on June 14. More than 125 young men participated in a wide range of activities to showcase their talents and to gain insight on what it takes to play for a major league soccer team.
 
The Houston Dynamo are a Major League Soccer (MLS) franchise that has won two MLS Cup championships in its first four seasons and represented the United States in four consecutive regional championships.

SAN ANTONIO (June 16, 2010) -- The Houston Dynamo Youth Development System and Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) kicked off the special Residential Elite Camp this week on campus. The curriculum and training are based on technique and tactical development.
 
Each player is being evaluated by the Dynamo coaching staff, and successful players will be invited to train with the Dynamo Academy.
