OLLU Saints golfer Brady Viertel finished in a tie for fourth place at the Red River Athletic Conference Tournament in Oklahoma City on April 26 and 27.  She shot an opening-round score of 83 and finished with an 84 for a total of 167. Saints freshman Jordyn Dougal finished in ninth place with an opening-round score of 93 and a round-two score of 79 for a final of 172.

OLLU freshman Jordyn Dougal place eighth in the 2010 Bluebonnet Classic sponsored by Northwood University. Fifty-two golfers competed in the tournament in Cedar Hill, Texas.
 
In team results, Redlands Community College shot a two-day total of 625 to win the tournament. Charlotte Guilleaux from Wayland Baptist University was the tournament's top medalist with a two-day score of 657.

Freshman Jordyn Dougal and sophomore Brady Viertel competed in the Lion Invitational tournament sponsored by Texas A&M University - Commerce at the Tanglewood Golf Resort and Spa in Pottsboro, Texas. Dougal tied for 35th with a 172 (83-89), while Viertel finished in 49th with a 175 (90-85) for the tournament that took place March 14-16.

Saints' golfer Brady Viertel finished the Schreiner Women's Shootout in 13th place this past Monday and Tuesday with a two-day score of 176.
 
Winning the tournament was Southwestern University with a team score of 677. Top medalist was Callie Rice from the University of Texas at Tyler.

The OLLU women's golf team participated in the Lady Rattler Roundup played at the Republic Golf Club on Monday. The second round, scheduled for today, was cancelled due to weather conditions. A scorecard playoff determined the winners. Saints sophomore Brady Viertel finished in 18th place with scores of 38-42/80 +9.
