SAN ANTONIO (May 17, 2012) -- The 2012 Capital One Academic All‐District ® Women's At‐Large Teams, selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America, have been released to recognize the nation's top student‐athletes for their combined performances athletically and in the classroom. Capital One became the entitlement rights holder to CoSIDA's Academic All‐America teams programs in 2011.

Leslie Cooper is Our Lady of the Lake University's award winner, She has been selected to the First Team in District 7. Cooper, a member of the Saints women's tennis team, is a sophomore at OLLU.

Student-athletes are nominated by the school's sports information director based on their excellence in the classroom while maintaining at least a 3.3 GPA, as well as success on the playing field.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA. (April 30, 2012) -- Our Lady of the Lake University's women's tennis team lost eight matches and won one against Oklahoma Baptist University in the NAIA Regional Conference Tournament held on Oct. 26.

SAN ANTONIO (April 24, 2012) -- The Our Lady of the Lake University women's tennis team departed this afternoon for Oklahoma City where they will compete in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Regional Conference Tournament that begins on April 26. 

The tournament will determine which teams will qualify for the NAIA National Tennis Championship Tournament that takes place in mid-May. A total of seven women's teams will be competing.
