SAN ANTONIO (Aug. 29, 2010) -- The Our Lady of the Lake University men's soccer team won their final two pre-season games Sunday and last Friday, beating Schreiner 4-1 and the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor 2-0. The men conclude their pre-season with a record of 2-1. On Friday, they will take on Texas Lutheran University for their first regular-season game.

SAN ANTONIO (Aug. 24, 2010) -- The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men's soccer team is looking for one more win. Last year, the Saints fell to the University of Texas at Brownsville 1-2 in overtime, in the final of the Red River Athletic Conference tournament. This year, head coach Shane Hurley hopes to expand on last year's tournament run and bring a conference title home to OLLU.
 
The Saints open their season Aug. 24 at Howard Payne University in Brownwood. The Saints first home game is scheduled for Aug. 27 at 5 p.m. against the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor.

SAN ANTONIO (Aug. 19, 2010) -- The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) Saints men's soccer team arrived on campus a week before school is set to begin to participate in preseason workouts in preparation of the 2010 season. More than 20 returning and new student-athletes moved into residence halls on Aug. 15. After checking in, they underwent weigh-ins, body fat assessments and fitness testing. On Monday, the squads began their daily workouts.

SAN ANTONIO (July 29, 2010) -- The OLLU soccer teams are concluding their summer camp this week. Because of intermittent weather conditions, the camp, for most of this week, was held indoors in Mabee Gymnasium.

SAN ANTONIO (July 27, 2010) - Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) announced that Nick Garza will join the Saints men's soccer team in the fall of 2010.
 
Garza is a graduate of Southwest High School located in the Southwest Independent School District of San Antonio. Garza played competitive soccer at Southwest and received All-District Honorable Mention and MVP honors.
