Alyssa Ward (SR/Palmeto, Fla.) and Quintianna LeShore (JR/Indianapolis, Ind.) combined for 40 points on 17-for-32 shooting and the Saints managed to score 80 points despite not hitting a single 3-pointer. With the win, the No. 21-ranked Saints improve to 4-5 for the season and 1-0 in conference play. The Celts fall to 3-4 on the season and 0-1 in conference.
The Saints struggled with their shooting, going 0-for-15 from the 3-point line and 12-for-28 on free throws. The Saints forced the UST into 35 turnovers, which gave OLLU a 76-54 advantage in field goal attempts.
