SAN ANTONIO (Oct. 31, 2021) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men's soccer team defeated Texas A&M University-San Antonio (TAMUSA) 2-0 on Saturday during Seniors' Day. The Saints jump to 8-4-3 overall and 7-1-3 in the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC). The Jaguars are 1-7-2 overall and 1-8-2 in the RRAC.
Head Coach Arthur Salazar commented, "Today's performance was just what we needed to keep ourselves in the second spot in the RRAC and have the extra week to rest up. The team did well to control the tempo of the game and never really looked flustered. We created some good chances and were able to capitalize when it mattered. I am extremely proud of the team and the way they honored our seniors on their special day."
