SAN ANTONIO (Aug, 16, 2022) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) baseball program will host the 2022 OLLU Baseball Showcase on Oct. 15. The one-day event held at the home of Saints Baseball – Missions Baseball Academy – is designed for 2023-2024 high school graduates and college transfers.

The OLLU baseball coaching staff will conduct the showcase, which is an opportunity for student-athletes to showcase their baseball skills in a pro-style workout setting with possible scholarship and walk-on opportunities. The workout will include catcher pop times, 60 times, hitting and defensive assessment. Velocity measurements will include: infield/outfield throws, bat exit and pitching. Each pitcher will be evaluated in a 15-pitch bullpen setting.

*Pre-payment (online) and registration is preferred; onsite/late registration will be accepted at the field on the day of the showcase. Checks should be made out to: Our Lady of the Lake University, Attn: Baseball. The online registration and medical release form* must be completely filled out and submitted before participation.
