WACO, TEXAS (May 2, 2024) – The Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) announced the 2024 RRAC Baseball All-Conference Team and player of the year awards this evening. Coaches determined the selections, with those on the first team being eligible for NAIA All-America consideration at the completion of the season.

2024 RRAC Baseball All-Conference Team

The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) Saints ended the regular-season with a 16-14 RRAC record and are now 27-23 overall. They placed two on the all-conference first team, two on the second-team and one on the Gold Glove team, as well as one Champions of Character representative.

Jack Kalisky earned All-Conference First-Team honors as the Saints top outfielder. Devin Benavides won First-Team honors as OLLU's starting pitcher. Caimyn Holiday and Chase Dunn captured  Second-Team recognition, while Noah De La Riva was selected to the Gold Glove Team as a starting pitcher. D'Artagnan Perez-Padron was the team's Champions of Character representative.

Jack Kalisky was last year's Freshman of the Year and was named to the Second-Team. This year, he earned First-Team honors after leading the team in games played (50), at bats (176), hits (55), doubles (11), home runs (7), RBIs (40) and slugging percentage (.551).

Devin Benavides wins his first All-Conference First Team Award. He has a 7-5 record with 84.0 innings pitched and 78 strikeouts. He has an ERA of 3.11

Caimyn Holiday repeats as a Second-Team winner. He leads the teams in runs (45), triples (8), stolen bases (15) and assists (132). This year, he broke the all-time school record in triples (11) and the season record in triples (8). 

Chase Dunn wins his first Second Team honors. He broke his own record in appearances this year and now has 27. Dunn has a 4-2 record and has marked one save in 50 innings pitched with 25 strikeouts.  

Newcomer Noah De La Riva has been selected to the Gold Glove Team as a pitcher. He has played in 14 games and has 12 assists with a perfect fielding percentage. His record is 8-5 n 70.2 innings pitched with 51 strikeouts and an ERA of 2.67.

D'Artagnan Perez-Padron is his team's selection as the Championships of Character representative. He is a senior who played in 36 games this year and has a .311 batting average.
