Our Lady of the Lake Extends Winning Streak to Eleven

San Antonio, Texas- Our Lady of the Lake completed a three-game sweep of Texas A&M–Texarkana over the weekend, winning 8–5, 10–0 and 5–4 to extend its momentum in conference play.

The Saints opened the series with an 8–5 victory behind a balanced offensive performance and a steady outing on the mound. Our Lady of the Lake collected 13 hits and capitalized on several key scoring opportunities throughout the game.Benjamin Hovda led the offense with two hits and two runs scored, including a double. Alex Rodriguez delivered a key two-run hit, while Brett Atkinson added two hits and two RBIs. Joshua Milton also drove in two runs as the Saints lineup produced runs from multiple spots in the order.

Diego Zuniga and Christian Martinez each recorded an RBI, and Jacob Cueva added two hits to help keep the offense moving.On the mound, Donovan Gamez earned the win after pitching seven innings.
