WACO, TEXAS (Nov. 13, 2024) – Breion Powell of Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) earned the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) Men's Basketball Offensive Player of the Week award for Nov. 4-10. This is the second set of weekly awards for the 2024-25 men's basketball season.

Powell, the experienced senior wingman from Austin, Texas, was the catalyst behind OLLU's victories over No. 17 Ave Maria University and Southeastern University (SEU) at the SEU Classic. He poured in a career-high 32 points as the Saints took down AMU 103-93. Powell also helped OLLU rally from 12 points down with 20 points and seven rebounds to win in overtime, 111-103. The Saints are off to a 4-0 start on the season entering conference play.
