Our Lady of the Lake Pulls Away for Convincing Win

Tyler, Texas- Our Lady of the Lake delivered a complete and efficient performance, earning a 103–66 victory over Texas College with balanced scoring and strong execution on both ends of the floor. The Saints shot an impressive 55.1 percent from the field, connected on 44.0 percent of their three-point attempts, and converted 16 of 18 free throws to maintain control throughout the contest.

Arthur Celestin Jr. led OLLU with 15 points on 7-for-9 shooting, providing consistent scoring inside. Jaydin Morin-Bishop followed with 13 points, knocking down three three-pointers while playing all 40 minutes. Kenyon Elliott and Devontae Da Costa each added 11 points, with Elliott contributing four steals and Da Costa pulling down seven rebounds and going a perfect 4-for-4 from the free-throw line.

The Saints depth played a key role in the win, as the bench accounted for 47 points. Barack Holland scored 11 points and added a block, while DJ Smith chipped in seven points and Matthew Gonzalez added seven points, including two three-pointers. OLLU controlled the glass with a 32–19 rebounding advantage and limited Texas College's opportunities by forcing 15 turnovers.

Defensively, the Saints held Texas College to 46.9 percent shooting and just six made three-pointers. Jason Roseberry Jr. led Texas College with 23 points, but OLLU's consistent pressure and offensive efficiency created separation early and sustained it through the second half.

The Saints performance reflected disciplined execution, depth, and balance, resulting in a decisive team victory. The Saints move to 7-3 on the season and will take on Xavier University on the road at 7:30 PM CDT on Thursday.
