Hawkins, Texas- The Our Lady of the Lake University women's basketball team fell in a hard-fought overtime battle to Jarvis Christian University, 62–59. The Saints traded momentum throughout a tightly contested matchup, showing resilience on both ends of the floor.

Westerdijk Martin led OLLU with an impressive 19 points, consistently providing needed offense during crucial stretches. Samantha Fields and Shayla Dede each added 11 points, giving the Saints a balanced scoring effort and keeping the team within reach late in regulation. Despite their strong play and several key defensive stops, the Saints were unable to convert on late opportunities in overtime as Jarvis Christian edged ahead.

The Saints will look to regroup quickly as they prepare for their next contest on Saturday, when they travel to face Texas College at 1:00 PM CDT.
