Las Vegas, NV- Our Lady of the Lake University women's golf team earned a fifth-place finish at a competitive multi-round tournament, posting a combined score of 128-over-par across three rounds while competing against a field that included UBC Okanagan, Missouri Southern, Winona State and many other competitive golf programs.

The Saints opened the tournament with a strong first round at 31-over-par, positioning themselves in the middle of the standings early in the event. OLLU recorded a 53-over-par score in the second round before closing the tournament with a 44-over-par performance in the final round to secure the fifth-place team finish.

UBC Okanagan claimed the team title with a final score of 55-over-par, highlighted by consistent rounds of 20-over, 21-over, and 14-over. Missouri Southern finished second at 84-over-par, followed by Winona State in third at 92-over. Saint Martin's placed fourth at 119-over, just ahead of OLLU.

Individually, Kendall Ward led the Saints with a ninth-place finish after carding rounds of 79, 80, and 78 for a total of 237. Her consistent play across all three rounds kept her within the tournament's top 10 and provided OLLU with its highest individual placement.

Grayson Weiler added another strong performance for the Saints, tying for 10th place with a total score of 238. She opened the tournament with a 77 and followed with rounds of 80 and 81 to remain among the top competitors throughout the event.

Samantha Garcia finished tied for 21st with a total of 252, beginning the tournament with a 77 before recording rounds of 90 and 85. Sophia Young placed 42nd overall with rounds of 86, 91, and 88 for a total of 265. Samantha Ziegler rounded out the Saints lineup, finishing tied for 51st with a total score of 297 after posting rounds of 95, 103, and 99.

The Saints will be back in action April 11th at the Spring Invite at Willow Park, Texas.
