WACO, TEXAS (Oct. 11, 2022) - Nadia Sifuentes of Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) earned the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week award for Oct. 3-9, while OLLU's Nathaniel Rodriguez was selected the RRAC Men's Runner of the Week for the same dates. This is the sixth set of cross country awards for the 2022 season. 

Sifuentes placed fourth as OLLU hosted the Saints Cross Country Invite in San Antonio on Friday. The senior from Brownsville, Texas, recorded a time of 23:44 in the women's 6K distance in a field of 41 runners. 

Rodriguez finished third in the men's 8K at the event. The senior from San Antonio posted a time of 23:28 against a field of 53.
